"During the SST course, I acquired the skills to react effectively to incidents such as burns, cuts, loss of consciousness or respiratory arrest. I've now mastered the fundamental principles: ensuring the safety of the area concerned, alerting emergency services, analysing the victim's condition and providing first aid.
